Martin Weston

Partner

Martin worked at a leading Manchester Practice before joining the firm in 1980, becoming a Partner in 1981 and succeeding Tim Lowe as Senior Partner in 2005. Although he has varied experience he has specialised in property law throughout his career and in particular now has a wealth of experience and expertise in residential connveyancing.

He adopts an approachable, friendly attitude towards all clients and explains all matters in a plain speaking, non technical way. He is a member of the Law Society Property Section.

When time allows Martin prefers to be active, particularly enjoying squash, walking and climbing.

Peter Wilkinson

Partner

Peter qualified as a Solicitor in 1987 and joined the firm in 1997 becoming a partner in 2000. Peter specialises in all aspects of matrimonial and family law including divorce, separation, cohabitation breakdown, financial settlements and residence and contact disputes regarding children. He regularly acts for clients with business interests and he prides himself on taking a sympathetic but frank and proactive approach so as to obtain the very best legal solutions for clients.

Peter also undertakes Inheritance Act claims, some general civil litigation work and personal injury claims, in particular claims arising from road traffic accidents.

Peter is a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and APIL (the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).

Peter is married with three children and away from the office he enjoys spending time with his family, walking (often with the dog), reading and playing tennis.

Daniele Marks TEP

Partner

Daniele is a qualified Solicitor and the Partner heading up our Wills and Probate team. She has been with Chambers Fletcher since 2004 having worked previously for a Stoke-on-Trent based firm gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience. She prides herself on dealing with clients and their family members in a friendly but professional manner and gives advice tailored to their individual needs.

Daniele specialises in wills and estate planning, administration of estates, taxation, powers of attorney, court of protection and trusts. She is a member of the Private Client Section of the Law Society and is a full member of the prestigious Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) which is a group of the most experienced and senior practitioners in this field of law.

In her spare time she plays piano to grade 8, enjoys reading and dance and above all enjoys spending time with her husband and children.

Stephen Worrall

Solicitor

Stephen joined the firm in 2006 after training and working in Manchester city centre. Stephen is a property solicitor, specialising in commercial property. He acts for both local and national clients. His particular areas of expertise are in landlord and tenant, sales and purchases, residential/commercial developments, property finance and agricultural property.

Outside the office Stephen has a keen interest in travel having previously traveled round South East Asia visiting countries such as Burma, Laos, Cambodia and China. He is a keen runner and Manchester United fan.

Tim Lowe

Consultant (non-practising)

Tim is a non-practising consultant to the firm assisting in a wealth of matters with particular emphasis on commercial law and commercial property. Tim has been with the firm since the mid 1970’s and was the Senior Partner prior to stepping down from partnership in 2005 to take life a little easier.

In his spare time Tim enjoys playing golf.

Stephen Lloyd TEP

Consultant (non practising)

Stephen is a non-practising consultant in our wills and probate department having retired as a partner of the firm in 2009.

Stephen is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and of the Private Client Section of the Law Society. He has considerable experience in all areas of wills, trusts, and estate administration.

Stephen is a recent past president of the Chester and North Wales Law Society.

In his spare time Stephen enjoys football and golf.
