But sometimes even a professional gets it wrong and if they do and you suffer loss as a result then you may be entitled to claim compensation. We can handle this type of claim for you.

Will & Estate disputes: we can handle disputes relating to Wills and Estates including Inheritance Act claims, claims regarding the validity of a Will and claims against advisors who have been negligent in preparing a Will.
